      線(xiàn)粒體DNA編碼蛋白質(zhì)亞基的研究

      【摘要】  人類(lèi)線(xiàn)粒體DNA(mtDNA)是全長(cháng)為16569 bp的雙鏈閉環(huán)分子,除負責編碼2種rRNA和22種tRNA外,還參與了4種呼吸酶復合物(13種多肽)的形成。本文就人線(xiàn)粒體DNA編碼的各蛋白亞基的結構、功能和研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。

      The Research Progress of Protein Subunits Coded by The Mitochondrial DNA

      [Abstract]The total length of the human mitochondrial DNA(double loop molecular chain)was 16,569 bp, the genome content of human including 2 rRNA,22 tRNA, and 13 protein-coding genes. The 13 protein-coding genes were NADH dehydrogenase subunits 1-6 and 4L genes; cytochrome c oxidase subunits I-III genes; cytochrome b gene; ATPase subunits 6 and 8 genes; In the present review ,the composition, the structure and function, the most significant studies on the 13 protein-coding genes are reported.

          線(xiàn)粒體是一種普遍存在于真核細胞中的細胞器,除了紅細胞外人類(lèi)所有體細胞都含有線(xiàn)粒體,其中多數細胞含有數以萬(wàn)計的線(xiàn)粒體。線(xiàn)粒體是真核生物細胞內的能量轉換體系和供能中心,它含有自己的DNA。就人體來(lái)說(shuō),線(xiàn)粒體內的DNA(mitochondrial DNA,mtDNA)是核外惟一具有自己的遺傳密碼和蛋白質(zhì)翻譯系統,控制著(zhù)線(xiàn)粒體一些基本性質(zhì)。因此,線(xiàn)粒體除了能量轉換作用,還參與了4種呼吸酶復合物(13種多肽)的形成。包括NADH-CoQ還原酶(NADH CoQ reductase,ND)、泛醌-細胞色素C還原酶(CoQ-Cytc reductase)、細胞色素C氧化酶(cytochrome Coxidase,COX)和ATP合成酶(ATPase)[1,2]。
