鼻內鏡手術(shù)治療慢性鼻竇炎62例臨床效果分析

【摘要】 目的 探討鼻內鏡治療慢性鼻竇炎患者的臨床療效。方法 選取2008年12月至2010年6月收治的62例慢性鼻竇炎患者的臨床資料，記為治療組，采用鼻內鏡手術(shù)治療，選取同期收治的62例經(jīng)傳統鼻外徑路手術(shù)治療患者的資料，作為對照組。治療組患者，隨訪(fǎng)6~12個(gè)月，比較兩組患者的臨床療效。

Clinical Analysis of 62 Cases with Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Chronic Sinusitis

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods The hospital in July 2008 ~ August 2010 62 patients admitted to the clinical data of patients with chronic sinusitis, denoted by the treatment group, the use of endoscopic sinus surgery, 62 patients were treated over the same period selected by the traditional external approach surgery nose information on the treatment of patients as the control group. Treated patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The 43 cases were markedly effective in 16 cases, 3 cases, total effective rate 95.16%; control group, 39 cases were markedly effective in 16 cases, 7 cases, total effective rate 88.71%, difference between the two groups were effective statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis effective, less complications, clinical results were satisfactory worth.
慢性鼻竇炎是耳鼻喉科的常見(jiàn)病、多發(fā)病，在小兒中多發(fā)，鼻炎造成患者的鼻腔、鼻竇生理功能障礙，傳統的手術(shù)治療方法創(chuàng )傷大，鼻腔功能破壞嚴重、出血多[1]，影響患者的生活質(zhì)量，我們采用鼻內鏡手術(shù)治療慢性鼻竇炎，能明顯改善患者的身心健康和生活質(zhì)量，現將治療報道總結如下。
